Há 20 anos, quando Steven Seagal estava filmando em Jefferson, o Xerife da Polícia local pediu ao Seagal um Curso de Defesa Pessoal para os membros da Polícia. O curso é, claro, foi um sucesso. E, como um sinal de gratidão, a Força Policial de Jefferson fez de Steven Segal um membro honorário.

Recentemente as filmagens da série de TV chamada Steven Segal: Lawman iniciaram. Ou seja, Steven Seagal realmente aceitou o emprego e trabalhou como Oficial de Polícia. Seagal terá uma equipe de TV que vai registrar todo o “enfrentamento” no campo.
